If You Cannot Attend

For 6-week classes, you must notify the studio and cancel your class at least 2-weeks before the start of class for a refund. Cancellations given with less than a 2-week notice may not be subject to a refund. A small processing fee will be applied.
For 6-week classes, it’s not recommended to miss class because the class will be structured to go from topic to topic based on the stages of clay and it will be hard to catch up. You may substitute the class if there is another one scheduled that is covering the same topic.
If the Studio Cancels Class
The studio will make every effort to conduct the classes that are offered through the class. If a class does not reach the minimum number of student necessary the studio may chose to cancel the class. All students who have signed up will be subject to a full refund. If the studio has to cancel a class session, the studio will send out notification as early as possible and reschedule the class.
A lot of the shape and character from a piece comes from trimming and glazing, and the studio highly recommend that students try the process from beginning to end. Due to time constraints, students rolled in 1-time classes will not be able to complete their pieces. However, you can request your pieces to be trimmed and glazed by the studio for a small charge.
Students enrolled in 6-week classes must finish glazing all their pieces by the end of the last week of class. Pieces will typically be ready to pick up within 3–4 weeks after the class ends. The studio will send out an email notification that the pieces are ready for pick up at reception. Pieces that are not picked up after multiple reminders will be considered the property the studio and may be discarded.
Studio Policies are set to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the studio for all guests. The studio reserves the right to update the studio policy as needed.
