We are currently waiting for the Building Permit process to take place. Then the contractors will be able to start construction. We are currently estimating that will all be done around February/March 2026. The electric kiln should be arriving around that time as well so hopefully the timing works out.
We’ll have to figure out at what step in the process where we can/should order the gas kiln. Gas kilns have to be custom built and will be a year out from ordering anyway.

In order to join membership, you must show proof of having enough experience working with clay to be safe to yourself and others and do not need supervision. For example, you can take 2 beginner classes with our studio, show enrollment information at a college or university with a B or better grade, or have a strong portfolio of work. Regardless of experience, all applicants members must participate in the studio safety tour.
6-Month members pay for 6-months at a time. Memberships automatically renew for 6 months at the end of the term. Membership cannot be paused or cancelled in the middle of the term. If you wish to cancel membership at the end of your term please notify the studio at least 2 weeks prior to the end of your membership.
The studio reserves the right to adjust membership prices as necessarily. Members will be given an at-least 60 days notice prior to price changes.

Student members must show proof of current enrollment in a college or university. Student memberships must sign up for a 6-month term, paid monthly. You cannot pause or cancel your membership during your term. If you plan on continuing membership after the 6-month term, you will need to provide evidence of enrollment or continuing education at least 2 weeks prior to the end of your membership. Student memberships will automatically renew into monthly membership if you do not contact the studio to show enrollment or registration information.
