Coleman Porcelain

A true grolleg body developed by Tom Coleman. Excellent fit with most glazes. Translucent when thin. Good throwing properties.
Aardvark (AV-COLEMAN)

B-Mix

A smooth, cream-white throwing clay that is easy to throw. Excellent glaze results. Fires gray/white in Reduction, lighter in Oxidation.
Laguna (WC-379)

B-Mix with Sand

Easy to throw. The addition of 10% fine sand to the B-Mix body allows for some texture when throwing. Some speckling can be seen after firing.
Laguna (WC-380)

T2 Stoneware

Clay Planet's T2 Stoneware is a warm iron stoneware clay. When reduced at Cone 10, it fires a very handsome mahogany brown with light brown & black specks. It speckles most glazes. Hand builds extremely well.
Clay Planet (CM-T2)

Soldate 60

A medium coarse clay ideal for large thrown pieces. Fires to yellow brown in medium Reduction. Same as Soldate-30 but with finer 60 mesh sand.
Laguna (WC-843)

Black Mountain

A deep brown/black clay, medium in texture. A very good throwing clay, good for functional ware. Glazes look good on this dark body, as it breaks through many with dark spotting.
Aardvark (AV-BLACK)

LB Blend

One of our most popular clays, Long Beach Blend is an excellent, very fluid throwing clay which is also extremely popular for throwing open forms—small to large. It is brownish-pink in its raw form, light brown reduced and buff in oxidation. The formula includes iron and 60 mesh sand.
Laguna (WC-376)

Dark Brown

A medium coarse, dark clay with 60 mesh sand. Turns deep brown in Reduction and brown in Oxidation.
